Madaket

Madaket is a tiny neighborhood located in the western part of Nantucket Island. This charming area is known for its nature and outdoor activities.

While in Madaket be sure to go fishing, walk the beach, and enjoy sunset. If you are looking for a place with a quiet atmosphere then Madaket is worth visiting.

There are no hotels in the Madaket Neighborhood, but these are some of our favorite airbnbs and rentals.

Madaket Beachside Treasure - This rental in Madaket is perfect for large groups. The nine bedroom house is located within walking distance to the beach and the downtown area. At this highly rated rental you will be able to sleep twenty people, have access to a full kitchen, seven bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and more. This property is also pet friendly.
2 bedroom Madaket home - This charming two bedroom home in the heart of Madaket and within walking distance to the beach is perfect for a Nantucket vacation. At this adorable home you will find two bedrooms, a full kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and more. This house can sleep up to nine people.
Hither Creek heavenly house - The Hither Creek House is situated right on the water, offers spectacular views of the ocean, and is within walking distance of town. At this humble abode you will be met with four bedrooms (sleeps twelve), 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and more.

Brant Point/Town

Brent Point is the most lively part of Nantucket. When you get off the ferry you will be in Brant Point, or 'Town'. This charming area is home to amazing seafood restaurants, cafes, preppy boutiques, a easy access to Nantucket's best beaches.

Some of Nantucket's best hotels are in Brant Point. If you are in Nantucket for only a few days then this is a great place to stay.

The White Elephant - The White Elephant is one of the most iconic hotels on Nantucket. This five star luxury hotel is perfect for families and couples. You will find beautifully appointed rooms with coastal charm, a pool, a bar, a gym, a spa, and more at the White Elephant. This lovely hotel is located in the heart of town and is within walking distance of the beach.
Beachside on Nantucket - Located in the heart of Brant Point you will find the Beachside on Nantucket Hotel. This stylish boutique hotel is perfect for couples looking for a tranquil vacation on Nantucket. This boho chic hotel is home to a pool, gym, bar, and more.
The Brant - The Brant is a delightful bed & breakfast situated in the center of Brant Point. This boutique hotel offers guests with spacious, pet friendly rooms, breakfast served daily, and more!
The Cottages and Lofts at Boat Basin - If you are looking for a rental in Town be sure to checkout this adorable cottage hotel. Located in the marina, on the docks are these unique cottages. Be sure to book these ahead because they will sell out (especially in the summer)!
21 Broad Hotel - The 21 Broad Hotel is located in the center of Nantucket Town. This charming bed & breakfast is perfect for anyone looking to stick to a budget while on island.
Faraway Nantucket - Situated in the heart of Nantucket Town, The Faraway Nantucket is all about elegance. From the curtains to the outdoor patio, you will feel like a southern belle at this stunning property.
Greydon House - The Greydon House is a historic Colonial hotel located in Nantucket Town. While you will have a wonderful stay at this hotel anytime of year, there is something cozy about being at the Greydon House in the winter.
Hotel Pippa - Hotel Pippa is in one of my favorite areas of Town (right next to a fabulous French Bakery). This adult only hotel is modern, but elegant.
Nantucket Resort Collection - Located right in the heart of Town The Nantucket Resort Collection is a cute and cozy bed and breakfast. This hotel is a great budget friendly option!

Siasconset

Siasconset is a picturesque neighborhood located on the eastern part of Nantucket. This stunning neighborhood is known for its peaceful beaches, walking trails, seafood restaurants, and unique boutiques.

Siasconset is a great place to stay if you are staying in Nantucket for a long time or just want a quite, but still active area. While in Siasconset be sure to hike the Siasconset Bluff Trail.

Summer House Hotel - The Summer House Hotel is the only hotel in Siasconset. Located right on the beach, the Summer House Hotel is home to everything you could need for the perfect stay on Nantucket.
Newly remodeled cottage on a shell street in Siasconset, MA - This three bedroom rental in the center of Siasconset is perfect for families or groups. In this house you will find a full kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry, and more.
The Wauwinet - The Wauwinet technically isn't in Siasconset (it is just north), it is in the area and it is one of the best hotels on Nantucket. The five star hotel is in a quite area of the island and offers a spa, private beach access, a restaurant, and more.

Surfside

Surfside is a laid back neighborhood located in the southern part of Nantucket (just below Brant Point). This gorgeous area of the island is home to gorgeous beaches, surf schools, a plenty of lovely places to stay.

While in Surfside be sure to visit Surfside Beach and have a go at surfing, try some of the local seafood, go fishing, or explore that charming streets.

Cisco

Cisco is easily my favorite area of Nantucket. Located just west of Surfside, Cisco is a known for its beach, brewery, and young vibes. Cisco is a great place to stay if you love to surf or go out.

While in Cisco be sure to go to Cisco Breweries, catch waves at Cisco Beach, and checkout Bartlett Farms.

Walk To Beach In Cisco, Nantucket - This charming four bedroom house is a short walks away from the fabulous Cisco Beach. This rental is similar to the one above, but it is a bit more affordable.
