Located in the northernmost part of Bermuda (by the airport) is the stunning village of St. Georges. St. Georges was once the capital of Bermuda. With picturesque buildings, historic sights, amazing hotels, and lovely shopping, this parish is a great place to base yourself on a trip to Bermuda.

The St. Regis Bermuda Resort - The St. Regis is one of the best luxury resorts in Bermuda. At this top notch hotel you will be met with a spa, gym, restaurant, bar, pool, pet friendly rooms, beach access, and more!

St George's Club Bermuda - The St. George's Club reminds me much of a country club. With tennis courts, condo like rooms, and a pool, the St. George's Club is best for an older couple or for longer stays.

2. Paget

Located in the center of Bermuda (just south of Hamilton), Paget is home to stunning beaches, the gorgeous Bermuda Botanical Gardens, and lovely hotels! Paget Parish is a lovely place to base yourself in Bermuda because of the easy access to Hamilton, the capital of Bermuda, amazing nearby beaches, and just over all green spaces and nature.

Coco Reef Bermuda - The Coco Reef Hotel is located right on the beach. With spacious rooms, views of the Atlantic, a private beach, a bar, and more, Coco Reef is a great place to stay in Paget!

3. Pembroke

Pembroke Parish is home to Bermuda's capital, Hamilton. Pembroke is the most lively parish, it has tons of shopping, restaurants, and some beautiful hotels. The public transport is also easy to use in Pembroke, so it is easy to get around the island from this area.

The Southampton Parish is often thought of as the elbow of Bermuda. This gorgeous parish of Bermuda is known for its world famous beaches, golf courses, and walking trails.

The Southampton parish is home to Horseshoe Bay Beach. Horseshoe Bay Beach is among the most beautiful beaches in the world with it's pink sand, clear water, and hidden coves.

The Reefs Resort & Club - The Reef is one of my favorite Bermuda hotels. This small and charming luxury hotel is the perfect place to stay for a couples getaway in Bermuda. At the Reefs you will find an incredible infinity pool that overlooks the sea, a private beach, on beach dining, and more!

Budget Friendly Rental - If you are looking for something a bit more affordable is southampton be sure to checkout this lovely rental by the beach!

5. Hamilton

Not to be confused with the capital of Bermuda, Hamilton Parish is located in the northern part of the island, near St. Georges. Hamiltons Parish is home to some of the best attractions in Bermuda - The Crystal Caves, The Swizzle Inn, the head of the Railway Trail, and the adorable Flatts Village. Hamiltons Parish is a lovely place to base yourself if you are hoping to stay close to the airport and lovely attractions.

6. Sandys

Sandys Parish is the southernmost tip of Bermuda, opposite of St. Georges. Home to Dockyard, secluded resorts, and gorgeous beaches. Sandys Parish really come alive during the summer months as it is tourist season. Dockyard is were all of the cruise ships dock, so you will find shops and restaurants that cater to tourist in Dockyard. I traveled to Bermuda in the winter, so Dockyard was empty with only a few businesses open.

Prince Alfred Terraces - Prince Alfred Terraces is a series secluded rentals located in the Northern part of Sandys Parish, near Dockyard. This place if perfect for families!

Sandwiched between Paget and Southampton is Warwick Perish. Warwick is home to some of Bermuda's most beautiful beaches. Situated between Smiths and Paget Parish, Devonshire is perfect for anyone in Bermuda for golf. Devonshire is home to the fabulous Ocean View Golf Course. Honestly other than the golfing, there isn't much to do in Devonshire. So if you are hoping to spend your days in Bermuda on a golf course, then Devonshire may be the best area for you.
