Copenhagen Coffee Lab is my all time favorite cafe I have been too. While I have not been to there Nice location, I have been to the Lisbon ones multiple times and have loved it! There are two locations in Nice - one in Old Town the other right by Plage de Carras Beach. You will find lovely pastries, brunch food, breakfast food, and more at this top notch cafe.
